El Montaña Vista Resort is located in Brgy. Gamay Burauen, Leyte. It's an hour away from Tacloban and 10-15 mins away from Burauen town proper.

San Juan by The Bay is located in Brgy. San Juan, Sta. Rita Samar (approximately 5 minutes away from San Juanico bridge). From San Juanico bridge, go straight and choose the left side road from the first intersection (road going to Sta. Rita). Slow down until you see the 'San Juan By the Bay' signage, then turn left. You'll pass by a narrow car pathway of Brgy. San Juan. Go straight and turn left. I wouldn't recommend going there on commute but if you really want to, just ride a jeepney from New Bus Terminal going to Sta. Rita Samar and tell the driver to drop you off in Brgy. San Juan. Or you can negotiate with a tricycle driver to bring you there. I guess 100-200 pesos fare would be enough (if from New Bus Terminal).

I always have this thought that I can never do surfing because I'm not confident enough to swim in an open water. However, that idea changed when I went to Sabang Daguitan Surf Camp in Dulag Leyte last January. I went there with my family and a friend just to have a chill day with the sea breeze -- no plans of surfing whatsoever, but in the end, I did it anyway!

My Vertical Caving Experience at Central Cave, Catbalogan Samar

Central cave is not just a beautiful paradise but is also an exciting cave that every ‘explorer’ should visit. Among the other caves in the Philippines, this one is more special because the only way to enter is to conquer your fear of heights and rappel an 18-meter vertical drop down to the main chamber. It’s like a huge mansion (height of a 5 storey building) without any doors or windows except for one small hole in the ceiling! Exciting isn't it?!
