Tops Cebu

I've spent 4 years now living in Cebu but never had a chance to go to this place - until today (whew finally).  I've been to Mountain View before but Tops captured my heart  because of the perfect view and you can see the entire Cebu City and even Mactan.

Covered Area
Inside the covered area with the ring design.

The entrance is P100 each and they are open 24 hours except for the food stalls. Their food meal and drinks would range from P85 to P150. Alcoholic drinks are double the price. I recommend you bring your own food and a tent would be nice too! It would be perfect if you have nothing else to do the next day and you just want to chill and relax. If the weather is fine, you can probably anticipate for shooting stars at night and wait for the sunrise!

Tried this out for distant viewing - 20 pesos (just prepare 4  pieces of 5 peso coins) and I think it only lasted for 5 minutes.

If you are a commuter, you can ride "habal-habal" from JY Square. The fare would be 75-100pesos each. You can have the driver wait for you and it could be additional 50 pesos per hour (but try to haggle, they might agree with 25pesos). Just be careful because the road could be dangerous. You can also try to negotiate with a taxi driver if you just plan to stay for a few hours.

One of the food stalls is owned by PBB Celebrity housemate Budoy
It's not a fancy place but it would be best for friends and lovers. I would also recommend this place to celebrate Valentines for lovers who are on a tight budget. :)

The legendary bell

Shisha available (P300)

UPDATE:  March 2016, I went back to TOPS and brought a tent with me because I want to see the stars at night and wait for sunrise. Unfortunately, it was a bad weather at that time. But yes, you can actually have camping on site.
